Upcoming Events

  • This free event for residents to dispose of bulky waste items will take place over four Saturdays in October: 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, and 10/25 from 9am-2pm each week. See information and locations at the City of Omaha's website, Cleanup.Wasteline.org

  • Sunday, October 26th from 1-3pm
    Join KOB for an opening celebration and walking tour of 3 new mural installations on downtown storm drains! Watch as the artists complete their murals with a live installation event. Starting Location: 11th Street and Howard Streets in the Old Market, Omaha, NE 68102.

  • Volunteers and Adopt-a-Spot partners are invited to the Volunteer Recognition Cleanup on November 15th, 2025 at Seymour Smith Park (6802 Harrison St, Omaha, NE 68127) from 11am to 12pm. Litter cleanup supplies will be provided. Join us for refreshments (*while supplies last), awards, and community!

  • Registration is now open for KOB's annual Adopt-a-Spot program. Volunteers can commit to monthly cleanups in their adopted public space, such as a trail, neighborhood or business corridor, or a group of storm drains nearby. Learn more and sign up today!
