PLEASE NOTE: Due to the volume of requests we receive, KOB may not be able to accommodate all requests.
Our involvement depends on staff availability, which is especially limited during our busiest seasons (April and September). KOB reviews submitted requests on a weekly basis, and an appropriate staff member will follow up within 10 business days.
