Healthy Habitats for All
Healthy Habitats for All is a hands-on, environmental education curriculum created by Keep Omaha Beautiful, designed for educators teaching grades K - 5.
Explore your urban habitat and study the biodiversity right in your own neighborhood! Students observe and learn about bugs, birds, and mammals to learn the essential components of a habitat: food, water, shelter, and space. Through a combination of scientific observation, songs, community service work, and creative design, students will explore how people influence the urban ecosystem.
